As soon as the political scenario changed at the National level in 2014, we Indians, as expected, witnessed sudden but unusual changes in the behaviour of people from different fields like :

A Majority of Media persons (Mostly inclined towards a certain ideology),

Intellectuals (Mostly Self proclaimed),

Historians (Mostly infamous as distorians),

So called Social Activists,

Artists,

Students,

Teachers,

Writers,

Authors and many more.

Until then, we Indians were mostly unaware of all the above mentioned fraternities, their conducts and intentions.

After 2014 these changes started coming out one by one in a systematic and well planned manner in form of INTOLERANCE, Award Wapasi, TukdeTukde, Vemula etc.

The reason for the change is, the above mentioned Fraternities never liked any nationalist government to come to power, and they all tried very hard for this objective, but it was their misfortune that even after all the foul plays they could not stop it and the Narendra Modi led BJP/ NDA government came to power with absolute majority, which the above mentioned fraternity never expected.

The hate in their hearts and minds for this nationalist government and the leader heading it, Shri Narendra Modi Ji was so intense that in the flow of this hatred they never hesitated to go against the core values and the interests of our nation.

These people have their self designed style of action and self designed rules.

They think Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Expression are their Patrimonial Estates and as if, only they have all the rights to use this freedom. Under this type of freedom they started supporting anti India elements, and when countered, started playing victim card and try hiding under FoS and FoE;
They think Right to Question the government and any other person or organization is their sole right and they are immune to any counter question. Under the right to question, most of the times they went against the Interests of the Nation and when countered they cried foul and play victim card of intolerance etc;
They distorted facts, Spread lies, Spread rumours and created unrest in the society in the name of non existing intolerance, bringing bad name to the nation. They tried to change the narratives by misinterpretation of facts and most of the times in flow of their hatred for Modi Ji and the present government they set narratives against the interest of the nation;
They openly supported anarchy and naxal activities and in delaying action against such people and activity they helped them through courts and media projecting the establishment in bad light and brought bad name to the nation globally. When countered they again played victim card.
While doing all the above, they never hesitated to go, against the interest of the nation, and when they were called anti nationals for such actions, they started some Award Wapasi type of drama.

These people thought that they succeeded in such activities and that common people do not understand the motives behind their Anti India activities. And to some extent yes, what they think was right as few people did believe them, but not the vast majority who didn’t buy their argument.

But now the time has come, that the common citizens are not dependent only on the Mainstream Media which is mostly leaning towards all the above mentioned fraternity.

The common man of India, now have other medium of information like social media too and they have been able to understand all the agendas and propaganda of these fraternity.

So now, even if they try to hide under FoE and FoS after speaking against the nation, Even if they try to hide under Right To Question after their words and actions against the nation, even if they try to help Anarchy and Naxals under the name of legal rights, all of them would be called ANTI NATIONALS by the majority citizens not because of hatred but because of their own actions.

They are now named and shamed by the nation loving citizens due to their actions and words against the nation.

They are the Snakes in Our Backyards.

They need to be identified, exposed, Named and Shamed.

Yes they are against the interests of the nation.

Yes they are ANTI NATIONALS

These people think they are getting all the success in their actions and common people dont understand their Anti India activities. And for some extent yes what they think is right.

But now the time has changed, common people are not dependents of Mainstream Media only which is mostly leaning towards all above mention fraternities.

Common people of india now have social media type other mediums of informations too and they understand all the agendas and propaganda of these fraternities.

खुला पत्र - सहायता की गुहार, महामहिम राष्ट्रपति के नाम।

महामहिम राष्ट्रपतिजी (भारतीय गणतंत्र)

सादर प्रणाम।

दीपावली की अग्रिम शुभकामनाये एवं चरणस्पर्श।

महामहिम राष्ट्रपतिजी, आप भारतीय गणतंत्र के अभिभावक है और मैं आपका एक नागरिक होने के नाते आपका ध्यान पिछले कुछ दिनों से चल रहे विचित्र घटनाक्रमो की ओर आकृष्ट करना चाहता हूँ।

विचित्र इसलिए की ऐसे घटनाक्रम किसी अन्य गणतंत्र में हुए सुने नही और देखे नही।

महामहिम राष्ट्रपतिजी, मैं आपका ध्यान आप ही की उस न्याय प्रणाली और न्यायपालिका के व्यवहार की और आकृष्ट करना चाहता हूँ जिसकी विश्वसनीयता पर पिछले कुछ समय से प्रश्नवाचक चिन्ह लग रहे है।

अत्यंत खेद है कि मुझ भारत जैसे महान देश के नागरिक को न्यायप्रणाली और न्यायपालिका के विषय मे गणतंत्र के मुखिया, प्रथम नागरिक, अभिभावक के समक्ष प्रश्न उपस्थित करना पड़ रहा है।
लेकिन पिछले कुछ घटनाक्रमो ने मुझे विवश किया आप तक इस बात को पहुंचाने के लिए।

महामहिम राष्ट्रपतिजी, किसी भी गणतंत्र की न्याय प्रणाली और न्यायपालिका उस देश के नागरिकों के संविधान प्रदत्त मौलिक अधिकारों एवं हितों की रक्षा एवं न्यायिक विश्वसनीयता की प्रतिस्थापना के लिए होती है और नागरिक उस न्याय प्रणाली पर पूर्ण श्रद्धा एवं विश्वास रखते है।

लेकिन क्या उचित और नैतिक है कि किसी भी गणतंत्र की न्याय प्रणाली एवं न्यायपालिका राष्ट्र के नागरिको में से एक विशिष्ट विचारधारा का तुष्टिकरण करने, उक्त विचारधारा को राजनैतिक और सामाजिक लाभ पहुंचाने और उक्त विचारधारा का ज्ञात अज्ञात रूप से सहयोगी बनते हुए प्रचार प्रसार करें एवं उसके विपरीत देश की मूल विचारधारा के प्रति द्वेष का प्रदर्शन करते हुए उक्त विचारधारा के संविधान प्रदत्त मौलिक अधिकारों का हनन करे?
क्या न्यायपालिका की दृष्टि में राष्ट्र के मूल नागरिको के मौलिक अधिकारों का कोई मूल्य नही बचा?

महामहिम राष्ट्रपतिजी मे पिछले कुछ विशिष्ट घटनकर्मो की और आपका ध्यान इस खुले पत्र के माध्यम से आकर्षित करना चाहता हूँ जो कि दूर दूर तक न्यायपालिका की प्रतिष्ठा के अनुरूप प्रतीत नही होते।

कुछ ही दिनों पूर्व सर्वोच्च न्यायालय जो कि व्यवहारिक एवं संवैधानिक रूप से आप ही के अधीन है ने पिछले कई वर्षों से लंबित मामला जो करोड़ो हिन्दुओ की आस्था के केंद्र सबरीमाला स्थित भगवान अय्यप्पा के मंदिर में हजारो वर्षो से चली आ रही "हिन्दू पूजा पद्धती" के विषय मे अपना निर्णय सुनाया जिससे करोड़ो हिन्दू भगवान अय्यप्पा भक्त श्रद्धालुओं की आस्था एवं श्रद्धा से सरासर खिलवाड़ है।
इस मामले में महत्वपूर्ण बिंदु यह है कि किसी भी धर्म की पूजा पद्धति क्या और कैसी हो इसमें न्यायालय का हस्तक्षेप अवांछनीय एवं उक्त धर्म के धर्मावलम्बियों के संविधान प्रदत्त मौलिक अधिकारों का हनन है।

महामहिम राष्ट्रपति जी क्या आपके नागरिको की नित्य जीवन पध्दति, रहन सहन इत्यादि भी न्यायालय द्वारा तय किये जायेंगे?
क्या भविष्य में आपके नागरिक क्या और कैसा भोजन करेंगे, क्या एवं कैसे वस्त्र धारण करेंगे इन सभी विषयों पर भी न्यायालय का हस्तक्षेप होगा?
क्या न्यायालय कुछ लोगो को तथाकथित अधिकार दिलवाने के लिए करोड़ो लोगो के मौलिक अधिकारों का हनन करेगा?
क्या आपके करोड़ो नागरिको के मौलिक अधिकारों का हनन करने की अनुमति आपने अपने न्यायालय को दी है?
क्या न्यायालय किसी नागरिक के प्रतिप्रश्न के प्रति उत्तरदायी नही होना चाहिए?
किसी भी गणतंत्र में गण सर्वोच्च होते हुए भी यहां गण तुच्छ और तंत्र सर्वोच्च प्रतीत होता है।

अभी पिछले दिनों एक और दशकों से लंबित करोड़ो हिन्दुओ की आस्था से जुड़े रामजन्मभूमि मामले में सरकार के जल्द सुनवाई केअनुरोध के बावजूद महीनों से इंतजार के पश्चात न्यायालयीन सुनवाई की तिथि पर छंद पलो में ही न्यायालय ने इस मामले की सुनवाई प्राथमिकता जे आधार पर अभी नहीं करने का निर्णय सुनाया।

क्या गणतंत्र की आत्मा, संविधान की मूल भावना और करोड़ो धर्मावलम्बियों की आस्था से भी अधिक प्राथमिकता का विषय कोई और हो सकता है?

उपरोक्त मामला करोड़ो की आस्था और भारत की आत्मा से जुड़ा हुआ है लेकिन न्यायालय को दशकों पश्चात भी यह महत्वपूर्ण नही लगता और यह वही न्यायालय है जो कई आतंकियों एवं राष्ट द्रोहियो के लिए आधी रात को भी अपने द्वार खोलने से नही झिझके थे।

महामहिम राष्ट्रपति जी यदि में ऐसे कई प्रश्न न्यायालय के समक्ष उपस्थित करता हूँ तो इसे न्यायालय मि अवमानना दर्शाते हुए मुझपर न्यायिक कार्यवाही की जा सकती है लेकिन न्यायालय अगर कोई त्रुटिपूर्ण निर्णय करता है तो भी वे सारे प्रश्नों से परे और ऊपर है। क्या यह व्यवहारिक एवं न्यायसंगत है?
क्या गणतांत्रिक व्यवस्था में न्यायालय का भी उत्तरदायित्व तय नही होना चाहिये?

न्यायालय द्वारा दिये गए पिछले कुछ निर्णय न सिर्फ त्रुटिपूर्ण है वरन पक्षपात पूर्ण एवं राजनीति से प्रेरित भी प्रतीत होते है जो कि इस महान राष्ट्र की प्रतिष्ठा को धूमिल कर रहे है और भारतीय गणतंत्र की आत्मा एवं करोड़ो नागरिको की आस्था के साथ खिलवाड़ हो रहा है।
राजनीति से प्रेरित एवं द्वेष की भावना से ग्रसित कुछ न्यायाधीश जिन्हें हम न्यायमूर्ति कहते है वे सम्पूर्ण न्यायपालिका एवं न्यायिक प्रणाली को दूषित और ध्वस्त कर रहे है।

यदि समय रहते इस समस्या की और पूर्ण लक्ष्य केंद्रित कर समाधान नही खोजा गया तो न्याय सम्पन्न भारत भूमि न्याय विहीन पक्षपात ग्रसित एवं दूषित न्याय व्यवस्था की गिरफ्त में आ जाएगी।

समस्या अति विकट है
शिघ्र समाधान की आवश्यकता है

महामहिम राष्ट्रपतिजी मैं आपका एक सामान्य नागरिक आपसे सविनय करबद्ध प्रार्थना है एक अभिभावक के रूप में आप इस विषय मे स्वयमस्फूर्त अपने विशेषाधिकार सहित हस्तक्षेप कर शीघ्रातिशीघ्र समाधान कर न्यायिक प्रक्रिया, न्याय प्रणाली एवं न्यायालय इत्यादि में यथोचित सुधार करने की प्रक्रिया के आदेश प्रदान करे और न्यायालय अपने अधिकार क्षेत्र के बाहर अवांछित हस्तक्षेप ना करें ऐसी सचारु एवं संसोधित कार्यप्रणाली की व्यवस्था के भी आदेश प्रदान करें।

मैं आपके एक सामान्य नागरिक के नाते आप इस राष्ट्र के अभिभावक के समक्ष करबद्ध एवं सविनय प्रार्थना कर रहा हूँ कि आप शीघ्रातिशीघ्र इस विषय मे संज्ञान लें।

उपरोक्त एवं ऐसे ही अनेक घटनाक्रमों से करोड़ो नागरिको की भांति मैं भी क्रोधित हूँ एवं इसी आवेश के आवेग में यदि मर्यादा की अवहेलना हुई हो तो करबद्ध क्षमा याचना करता हूँ।

Reality behind farmers strikes

It is painful to see the farmers agitations recently in Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh not because anything wrong with the agitations but because the agitations evidentially and clearly visible were organised not by purely farmers or for farmers sake but by some political leaders of VULTURE MENTALITY to defame the govts of the day the establishment.

It will be polite to call them of vulture mentality, infact they are real vultures or we can say vultures are better then these indian opposition politicians who are not left with any shame ,morals or ethics.

They can go any extent of low for their petty politics.

They have done nothing for the farmers when they recently were in power. Doing something is apart they have looted the farmers when in power and now trying to play petty political games over deadbodies to gain the power back.

These people are habitual of playing political games over the dead bodies, sometimes on soldiers other times students and now on farmers.

It is seen and now clear that after losing badly in 2014 everytime there is any election in the nation these vulture politicians start one or another dirty tricks like this.

These opposition parties like congress , lefts and some regional pseudo secular parties activate their dirty trick department before every small or large elections and they use the left leaning biased indian media for their dirty games.

The height is when these political parties don't even hesitate to play with national security too to gain some petty political points.

In these current issues there were hardly any real farmer visible in agitations both in maharashtra and madhya pradesh.

In both states POLITICAL VULTURES were there to instigate and their goons in the crowds to spoil the situations and create the law and order problems.

This type of dramas can be seen there in many other states too as some of the states are going to polls in coming days.

These opposition political parties will not hesitate playing petty political games over dead bodies of innocent people.

To stop this VULTURE CULTURE  of congress and leftists we need to expose their bad intentions nation wide.

Regarding current incidents i request both honourable CMs Madhya Pradesh Shri Shivraj singh ji chauhan and Maharashtra Shri Devendra Fadanvis ji please dont leave any stone unturned to help our ANNADATAs our real farmers.

Along with that please investigate the whole incidents find out the culprits and initiate strict actions against those POLITICAL VULTURES who were instigating poor people and created law and order situations.

Without exposing them we can't stop these VULTURES and their VULTURE CULTURE so please let it be for once and for all.

"गौ प्राणभिक्षा" एक अनूठा उपक्रम।

"गौ प्राण भिक्षा" एक अनूठा अभियान

नमस्कार मित्रो।
अभी कुछ दिनों पूर्व सोशल मीडिया पर विशेष कर ट्विटर पर एक # hastag की तरफ ध्यान आकर्षित हुआ और वह #hastag था #GiveUpAMeal.

सोशल मीडिया के कुछ मित्र इस #hastag का प्रचार प्रसार बड़े जोर शोर से कर रहे थे तो सोचा जरूर कुछ महत्वपूर्ण होगा।
इसी विचार से इसकी तह तक जाने की जिज्ञासा बढ़ी।

जब इस विषय की गहन जानकारी ली तो एक अत्यंत मर्मस्पर्शी कहानी से साक्षात्कार हुआ और उक्त # hastag का प्रयोजन भी समझ मे आया।

हुआ कुछ यूँ की कर्नाटक राज्य में बंगलुरु के निकट "माले महादेश्वर" नामक पवित्र पहाड़ी स्थित है जो घने जंगलों से आच्छादित है।

आसपास के इलाके का पशुधन विशेषकर गौवंश प्राचीनकाल से उक्त जंगल मे करने या यूं कहिये अपनी उदरपूर्ति के लिए जय करते है।

अभी कुछ दिन पहले अपने एक अप्रासंगिक और अव्यवहारिक निर्णय अंतर्गत कर्नाटक राज्य की क्रूर सरकार ने उक्त सम्पूर्ण जंगल की घेराबंदी करवाकर बाड़ लगवा दी जिसके चलते आसपास के निवासियों की प्राण प्रिय गौधन गौमाताओ का जंगल मे प्रवेश रुक गया और सम्पूर्ण इलाके के गौ वंश के लिए भूख से मरने की स्थिति उत्पन्न हो गयी।

इस भयावह परिस्थिति को देखकर "श्री रामचंद्रपुरा मठ" के "जगद्गुरु शंकराचार्य श्री राघवेश्वर भारती स्वामी जी"गौभक्त मन कृन्दन कर उठा और उन्होंने कर्नाटक सरकार के इस क्रूरतम निर्णय के विरोध में आंदोलन प्रदर्शन भी किये परन्तु कर्नाटक की निर्दयी सरकार के कानों पर जूँ तक नही रेंगी।

किसी भी बात का कोई असर न होता देखर दिन प्रतिदिन गौमाता की बढ़ती मृत्युदर को ध्यान में रखते कर्नाटक की निर्दयी सरकार के भरोसे ना बैठते हुए पूज्य स्वामीजी ने एक निर्णय लिया कि जबतक उचित और स्थायी प्रबन्ध नही हो जाता "रामचंद्रपुरा मठ" इन गौमाताओं के खाद्य चारे का प्रबंध करेंगे।

इसी अभियान अंतर्गत पवित्र त्योहार उगाड़ी के पावन दिवस 29 मार्च 2017 को पूज्य स्वामीजी ने सम्पूर्ण देश वासियों से गौसेवा के इस शुभकार्य मे सहयोग का आव्हान किया और हजारों की संख्या में गौवंश प्राण रक्षा के इस अभियान को "गौ प्राण भिक्षा" नाम दिया।

पूज्य स्वामीजी के इस मार्मिक आव्हान को सम्पूर्ण देश के गौ भक्तो ने पूर्ण हृदय से उचित प्रतिसाद दिया और अभियान में सहयोग के लिए आगे आये।

कई गौ भक्तो ने अपने खर्चो में कटौती की कइयों ने सप्ताह में एक समय भोजन त्याग किया। जिस भी तरीके से हो सके बचत कर गौ प्राण भिक्षा के इस पावन कार्य मे सहयोगी बनने लगे।
आश्चर्य तो तब हुआ जब कई गौ भक्तो ने अपने जीवन की बहुमूल्य बचत भी गौसेवा के इस पुण्य कार्य मे अर्पण की।

इतना सब कुछ होता देख सोशल मीडिया भी इस पवित्र कार्य से अछूता नही रह पाया और अपना बहुमूल्य योगदान देते हुए #GiveUpAMeal इस hastag के माध्यम से एक प्रभावशाली अभियान चलाया और देश ही नही अपितु सम्पूर्ण विश्व मे बैठे गौ भक्तो को इस पवित्र कार्य मे सहयोग के लिए प्रेरित किया। सोशल मीडिया पर मेरे मित्र श्री गिरीश अल्वा जी @girishalwa ने अपनी सम्पूर्ण टीम के साथ मिलकर प्रभावशाली नेतृत्व किया।

इन सभी गतिविधियों के चलते आज स्थिति यहाँ तक पहुंची है कि एक ट्रक भर चारे से मात्र 2 वितरण केंद्रों पर चारा पहुंचाने से शुरुआत करते हुए "रामचंद्रपुरा मठ" ने समाज के गौभक्तो के सहयोग से पिछले लगभग 35 दिनों में 15 अलग अलग वितरण केंद्रों पर लगभग  1700 टन से अधिक खाद्य चारा गौमाताओं के लिए पहुंचाया है जिसका खर्च लगभग 3 लाख रुपये प्रतिदिन आता है।

मांग अब भी अधिक है और चारे की आपूर्ति अभी भी पूर्ण रूप से नही हो पाई है।

अगले 60 से 70 दिन तक कम से कम 8000 से 1000 टन खाद्य चारे की आवश्यकता का अनुमान है जिसकी अनुमानित लागत 3 करोड़ रुपये तक है।

कुछ गौसेवक स्वयं उत्स्फूर्त कर्नाटक की सड़कों पर भिक्षार्थी बन गौमाता के लिए भिक्षार्जन कर गौसेवा में लगे हुए है।
और अब कुछ राजनैतिक व्यक्ति भी इस कार्य मे सहयोग के लिए आगे आ रहे है।

हमारे जीवन मे गौमाता का क्या महत्व है हम सब भली भांति परिचित है।

आपसब से अनुरोध है जिस प्रकार गौसेवक दिन रात एक कर कड़ी मेहनत से गौसेवा में समर्पित है उनका सहयोग करे और इस पुण्य कार्य मे सहभागी बन गौमाता का आशीर्वाद प्राप्त करें।

Why not to discuss today some of the recently concluded local bodies and legislative assemblies elections.
It so happened that after demonetization, in all elections, big or small, those opposing demonetization had to face defeat. Nobody can turn his face away from this bitter truth.
Although demonetization was an important issue in these polls but not the only issue deciding results of elections.
A little more analysis tells us that some other issues were also there that had an impact on deciding the election results.
In the first place, there is no doubt that the Hon'ble Prime Minister of the country, Mr Narendra Modi's image as a clean and development oriented person, who as time demands, does not hesitate to take a tough decision like surgical strike and/or demonetization and fully justifies his slogan 'Sabka Saath 'Sabka Vikas'. All this didn't go unnoticed and was felt deeply by the people of India. This was the most important aspect due to which, be it Maharashtra, UP or Uttarakhand, people of every region appreciated this image of their beloved Prime Minister and this love of theirs towards their Prime Minister, they expressed by casting their vote in his favor.
Second important aspect of these elections was that of opposition that is disintegrated, divided and sub-divided and is fully drowned in the charges of crime and corruption. Be it Congress or NCP in Maharashtra, SP or BSP in UP, the top leadership of every opposition party, all leaders big or small are immersed neck-deep in charges of crime and corruption. In their long governing spell, it appears these leaders have remained indifferent towards general public and ignored the developmental and public interest works, thereby promoting corruption. Many parties are even devoid of competent leadership and have become laughing stock due to their top leadership. You can look at Mr Rahul Gandhi as an example.
Some parties which have anti-establishment and extreme leftist approach and appears more like Naxalite approach, too have been rejected by the people. For instance, the pathetic results of AAP in the elections of Goa and Punjab.
Third aspect is local leadership; like in Maharashtra, the CM, Mr Devendra Fadnavis, despite all odds and unfavorable conditions, established himself as an able administrator, seasoned politician and an all inclusive personality. Complete benefit of which was reaped by the BJP in elections. On the contrary the opposition displayed complete bankruptcy of skilled local leadership. For instance Mr Harish Rawat in Uttarakhand and Mr Akhilesh Yadav in UP who concentrated more on playing politics rather than doing public interest and developmental works.
A point in the end - I will call it a bad luck for opposition leaders and good luck for the country that the army of these useless  and incompetent opposition leaders are pitted against a fully competent and universally accepted leader Mr Narendra Modi established as Hon'ble Prime Minister of India.
